With electrolysis it is best that a client stops all waxing and tweezing so that the technician can have enough hair to help guide her into the follicle.
Is electrolysis painful?
Treatments should not be painful. Many describe electrolysis as a pinch or a tiny pin-prick. After several hairs are treated there may be a feeling of warmth in the area being treated.

What is Laser Hair Removal?
Laser hair removal offers permanent hair reduction for both men and women. It is a fast an effective method for treating a larger area.
How many treatments will I need?
The average patient will need 6-9 treatments at monthly intervals to achieve a 90% reduction of unwanted hair. Yearly touch ups are recommended to keep the hair away.
Do I need to grow out my hair?
With laser it is recommended and preferred that a client shave before treatment.
Is laser painful?
Pain is minimal and only lasts for a fraction of a second. A client should feel heat with a slight snap with laser hair removal.
Are there any side effects after treatments?
Some side effects might include:
Slight skin irritation: itchiness, redness, or discomfort. This is completely normal and will go down in a few hours.
Skin pigment change.
Your skin might become lighter or darker in the treated area. Again, this should go down in a few hours.
Slight swelling in the treated area: use ice compresses as needed.
